Booking Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees
15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees
15 days or less before departure: No refund available
Please note that some suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, may have their own cancellation policies, which may be more restrictive than our policy. If this is the case, we will advise you of their cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Changes to Bookings:
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing your travel dates or destination, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the due date or if we are unable to confirm your booking with our suppliers.
If we need to cancel your booking for an urgent reason, we will provide you with a full refund of any payments made.
